Central market, cathedral, old town and evening in Russafa
We had a great time seeing some of the main sights in Valencia ending with a great evening having drinks in Russafa.

The route
The stops
Central Market of Valencia
A must visit in the old town is the central market. We walked around the stalls trying some of the lovely local food.

Placa de la verge
Have a walk around the old streets as you will keep on discovering new bits. You will eventually end up at this beautiful old square.

Valencia Cathedral
Valencia Cathedral dates back to 1262 and it has loads of incredible sights. You could spend a good few hours here is you wanted to. Make sure you don’t miss the underground section in the museum as you could easily walk past it. The cathedral is also home to the chalice Jesus used at the last supper.

La vie en rose / Brunch & Food 💕
After a morning of walking around you’ll be ready for a sit down and a snack. Check out this cute brunch place.

Café Infanta
We walked past here the previous day but we couldn’t get a seat. It was certainly worth coming back for! Great food and also a cool looking cocktail bar inside. We recommended trying the Spanish broken eggs 👌

La Pistacchieria
Had to come back for another ice cream! This was actually the one year anniversary and they gave us some free cannolis which was a nice touch.

HAUS San Vicente
On the walk back to Russafa we stopped for a quick refreshment. We didn’t have any food but the place seemed nice.
TRENTATRES
We came back to Russafa for the evening as this is where our hotel was. We had to come back to this bar and enjoy a few drinks sat in the sun doing some prime people watching.

Olhöps
Had to come back for one more of those lovely craft beers 🍻

Tanamadana - Restaurante en Ruzafa
Next we walked the streets trying to find somewhere to eat and we happened to come across Tanamadana. The burrata and avocado salad is a must!

Green Book
This is a cool little hidden gem you could easily miss. A small quiet place with a cool New York cocktail place vibe. Not one to miss!
